Licensed Home Based Nail Tech 💘 Please read all my policies listed below for a smooth appointment! If you have any questions, please reach out 💞 ♡ LOCATION ♡ I am home based in Temple Texas. My address will be given 24 hours prior to your appointment time! ♡ DEPOSITS/ PAYMENTS ♡ Nonrefundable deposits are required to secure your appointment slot. This goes towards your appointment total. Remaining balances are CASH ONLY, online charges have a fee included. The remaining balance will be included in your confirmation text the day before your appointment. ♡ GUESTS/ KIDS ♡ No kids or guests allowed. ♡ CANCELLATIONS/ RESCHEDULING ♡ Must cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of your appointment. Any changes after the 24 hours must be through messages & a 50% last minute cancellation fee may be charged. Your deposit is transferable within 3 weeks of your original appointment if cancelled on time. ♡ NO SHOWS ♡ No shows=no contact with me by the time the grace period is over over. No shows will be charged a 50% no show fee. After 2 no shows, you will be banned from future bookings. ♡ GRACE PERIOD/ LATE POLICY ♡ I allow 10 extra minutes for you to arrive to your appointment. At the 10 minute mark, if you are not here, your appointment is automatically cancelled. If you fail to make contact with me regarding you being late/not coming, you’ll be marked as a no show. ♡ NEW CLIENTS ♡ There’s a new client form that must be submitted at least 12 hours before your appointment or it will be rescheduled. New clients must provide a picture of a valid ID when booking. This will be requested to be sent through messages. This is for safety purposes only
